Wafu Tea Gifts provides premium Japanese tea and wagashi gift sets specifically curated for corporate gifting. Our services include product curation, custom packaging, scheduled delivery, and B2B portal access for qualified business clients.

We source products directly from traditional Japanese artisans and fulfill orders from our UK distribution center.

Account Registration and Corporate Access

To access certain features, including our B2B portal, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Corporate accounts are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Ordering and Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice, though orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and provide invoicing options for qualified corporate clients. Corporate accounts may be eligible for net payment terms upon approval.

Minimum Order Requirements

Corporate orders may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) depending on the product selection and customization requirements. Standard MOQs range from 10 to 50 units per product line.

Bulk pricing tiers are available for qualifying orders and will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Delivery and Shipping

We provide scheduled delivery services throughout the UK with carbon-neutral shipping options. Delivery times vary based on product availability and customization requirements, typically ranging from 5-14 business days.

Corporate clients may arrange recurring delivery schedules for ongoing appreciation programs. International shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional terms.

Product Quality and Freshness

We guarantee the quality and freshness of all tea and wagashi products. Perishable items are shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain quality during transit. Products should be consumed within the recommended timeframes provided with each shipment.

Any quality concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue or shipping damage. Refunds will be processed for defective products or delivery failures on our part.

Custom-branded packaging and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is an error in production.
